As you can see I have now installed it:

[fansari at bat ~]$ yum list installed | grep libdvdnav
libdvdnav.x86_64            4.2.0-3.fc18           
@koji-override-0/$releasever
libdvdnav-debuginfo.x86_64  4.2.0-3.fc18           
@/libdvdnav-debuginfo-4.2.0-3.fc18.x86_64

Now I find some source code in /usr/src/debug/libdvdnav-4.2.0 but I don't know
what to do with this.

I also created this logfile.
