I will even say that, under some situations, it would also be possible to get
two output surfaces with different pixel formats... :) I have a use-case for
that, but not something intended to be used through the whole GStreamer
pipeline.

BTW, I don't know if we can derive a clean & generic API. That's because for
each VPP function, we'd need to pass different settings.
