Small note here, I remember reading the GL Display passing in 0.10 for those
elements, it was using pad query, but did not work when element get's
dynamically plugged (from upstream to downstream), limiting the use of those
elements to static pipelines. Also, at the time, it was not clear how an
application would share it's gl display with the elements (if that is needed).
Obviously the GstContext is what should be used, if that is not already the
case in this port.
