The issue is occurring because the PTS rollover happens before the PCR rolls
over. Since rollover is calculated only for PCR(in clock skew function) and NOT
for PTS, PTS will have junk values

I'm not sure if this is fixed in git master. Is it? I see things are handled
differently as PCR group!
