As a quick note, for now we only have 2 concrete cases (that have been
implemented and tested, upstream or not):
  * gstglmemory or gstgleglimage_with_context  -> GL_TEXTURE_2D
  * gstgleglimage_no_context -> GL_TEXTURE_EXTERNAL_OES
