Creating a test file with multipartmux then:

gst-launch-1.0 souphttpsrc location=http://127.0.0.1:8079/test.mp
do-timestamp=true ! multipartdemux ! fakesink

works fine as well when ^Cing partway through.

Are you in a position to test with master to see if it still happens ?
