First, thanks for all your efforts.

I don't want to open a new bug.

With the latest commits, *-25fps work well visually speaking though there are
still warnings. *-50fps are better but still jerky even on my Nexus 5x.

If I change 30ms to 20ms in gstamcvideodec.c, *-50fps start to be better and
acceptable visually speaking.

Matthew, you said in comment 68 that local-50fps works for you (at 30ms in the
code). Which hardware are you running? I'm a little bit confused how it could
run as 50fps is 20ms...

What's the impact of putting 20ms instead of 30ms?
