LG G3.  It takes roughly 3ms after release for the listener to fire here.  If
you're not getting any listener callbacks for any frame, then you need to talk
to your hardware/software provider for your decoder.

The 30ms is a backup for when the listener is not called at all.  Ideally that
should never occur but it does so we need to account for it.

If you have an issue with the current code, please open a new bug.  This is not
a support forum.
