Ok, so we should make this caps field a requirement in general, which OTOH
needs modifications to all demuxers and other elements that currently support
JPEG2000 :)

We should probably also extend it then by other samplings that are not covered
by the RFC but that we still support (e.g. AYCbCr-4:4:4)
