[v5] waylandsink: support linux dmabuf protocol

v5:
Complete, fix and factorize the video format conversion table:
- use a common table for shm and dmabuf
- add some pixel formats (NV61, XRGB1555 / XBGR1555)
- fix YUV444 gst video format conversion (is Y444, not v308)
- consider endianness for RGB24bits formats
