qt element GBM support patch

Before I continue with the cleanup of this uploader, have a look at this patch
that I added to make qmlglsink work with Qt5 EGLFS + GBM. The comments indicate
that using nativeResourceForWindow() is probably not a good idea, but there is
no other way of making it work with the GBM backend, since the EGL display Qt5
renders to is tied to a DRM plane that Qt5 itself created, so there is no
"default display".
