It seems really difficult to reproduce it with verbose logging. So far I
managed to reproduce only with GST_REFCOUNTING=6. See attachment. I will keep
trying to get a more verbose output.

If I trigger reloads between 1.0 - 2.0 seconds it doesn't seem to manifest.. At
least the last 20mins that I have it running..
