Thanks for detailed instruction.

I could installed omx-1.13 from git clone as of 2017/9/15.
Other Gst components are 1.12.2 without any modification.
I used option for gst-play-1.0 as --flags=0x01 (text representation was not
accepted).

Unfortunately, no improvement is seen for this problem.

Infinite deadlock was reproduced.

5 seconds deadlock was reproduced.

Reproducing is not easy.
Repeat seek back and forth quickly.
