the file that fails

as reported on irc, the attached file fails to run as

gst-launch-1.0 -v filesrc location=/tmp/01.webm ! matroskademux ! vp9dec !
videoconvert ! videoscale ! autovideosink

but runs as

gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri=file:///tmp/01.webm
