Some thoughts about AV1 Annex B, as far as I understood it. AV1's Annex B is
providing size information about Temporal Units and Frames Units and the size
of the single OBUs. But if Annex B is not used it is mandatory that OBUs
include their obu_size field. So in both modes "Annex B" or "LOBF" (Low
overhead bitstream format) the size information of the OBU is present.
