Let's handle that in a separate ticket. It adds a whole lot of other problems:
we need multiple udpsrcs, multiple multiudpsinks, etc. and it also does not
work yet today either.

However this means that if multiple multicast destinations are selected, RTCP
will only ever work for the first one.
