ok, two problems:

* my rounding error fix is wrong, that should have only been used in the
exclusive case.
* re win10 crackling, audioclient3 completely ignores the buffer spec, so
afaics it's no wonder it has a hard time keeping up with 2 segments instead of
20 which I get by default with audioclient1.
