I confirm that on win10 (native), disabling audioclient3 improves things.

This pipeline works:

gst-launch-1.0.exe audiotestsrc ! wasapisink low-latency=true exclusive=false
use-audioclient3=false

while this one does not:
gst-launch-1.0.exe audiotestsrc ! wasapisink low-latency=true exclusive=false
