Just for my own understanding: this now delays the output of every sink that
syncs against the clock by an extra 20ms, right? If upstream is live.

e.g.

 gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src num-buffers=10 ! fakesink silent=false sync=true
processing-deadline=3000000000 -v

Takes 3 seconds to get started.

Is this a good idea in terms of backwards compatibility? Or did I misunderstand
something?
