[gst-devel] Web site in IE 5.0

If I try to look at the new web site using IE 5.0 then the right hand pane
(showing all the info) is far to the right and I have to scroll a long way
to the right to see it.

After some experimentation I have found that taking out the inner table
which contains the table of contents removes the problem.

so instead of
