We'd really like to not have these headers.  There's no reason for gst
to have them since you only access objects via common high level API and
parameters and so on.  Having all the class code in one file is more
convienient too.  Is there some way to get docbook to work without all
this info in the header?  Ie, just a typedef for the class struct in the
header?
