This is a quick markup of the changes that have been done to
the HEAD branch in CVS since 0.1.0.

  - fixed the /etc/gstreamer permissions problem
  - Added --with-win32-libdir to configure win32 dlls path
  - manual/decs updates
  - mpeg2enc asm comment fixes
  - compile fixes for non x86 architectures
  - more PPC fixes in getbits code
  - libxml compile problems fix
  - fixed the queue threading problems
  - BSD compatibility fixes (MAP_ANON)
  - various bug fixes
  - state change modifications
  - _request pad implemented for muxer/mixer/aggregator
    elements. also _request_compatible additions.
  - massive ghostpad changes
  - cothreads updates for ALPHA/ARM
  - EOS handling (not for gstmediaplay)
  - OSS audiosink bug fix
  - videoscaler/colorconversion updates/fixes
  - icecast send plugin using libshout
  - lots of GstObject changes (XML save, name, parent
    properties fixes)
  - preliminary XML namespaces.
  - added support for custom app tags in the XML save/load
    routines (preliminary support)
  - asyncdisksrc is gone in favor of a better disksrc
  - getregion rework/fixes
