Summary: dll error when hermes isn't installed

Initial Comment:
If I've not hermes, I get this error:
./program: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/lib/gst/libwincodec.so: undefined symbol: gst_colorspace_converter_new

Maybe the configure script should disable the windows codecs or this error may be catched and should be printed "Yu have not hermes" in the console?
