[gst-devel] gst_init(NULL, NULL) causes segfault

Wim had previously replied [1] that you can safely pass two NULL
pointers to the gst_init function.  When I change the gst_init call in 
examples/helloworld.c, here's what I get:

$ ./helloworld
INFO: Initializing GStreamer Core Library
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Should I be using the SF bug database to report this?
