Now that i have had a chance to find out what it feels like to "fork" a
project, i'd like to temper this news somewhat.  In my opinion, our
disagreements are not so serious.  As this time, i do not plan to
advertise my fork or try to persuade people to switch.  Rather, i
plan to track gstreamer CVS closely and encourage merging on a
continual basis.

i hope my behavior going forward will show that i never allow personal
preferences (a.k.a. personal self-importance) to shadow the best
technical decision.
