[gst-devel] libtool stuff

as per the automatic build mail you all got, I've been looking what's up
with ltconfig.sh

First of all, I don't have it in my personal CVS tree.  I do have
ltconfig, but that seems to be generated by libtool 1.3.5, while we all
agreed we need libtool 1.4.  I have 1.4 on my home machine and 1.4.2 on my
autobuild machine.

So, my question is : is ltconfig.sh something left over from the old days
? I'll remove it from Makefile.am and see what happens to the autobuild.
