Yeah, I'm going to do that.  BTW, is it ok if I add the common module too 
then and clean up autogen ? Makes it easier for the autobuild (and future 
things I'm planning for it) as well ...

Actually, no ;) gst-editor is really cool and it needs to be fixed. I  
already started fixing some stuff and atm I'm stuck because the underlying 
GTK_OBJECT stuff had klass members or something and the G_OBJECT don't.

So let's fix it.  The least we can use it for is for visualizing 
pipelines, it would really help in debugging.

But also, gst-guilaunch was WAY more practical than gst-launch for 
debugging ! maybe a rename to gst-launch-gui would be good though.
