OK, i made this change.  i am doing the seek in the same way as
gst-player-0.4.0 and it works fine.

(Actually GST_FORMAT_BYTES doesn't work.  However, it is easy to translate
the offset to be suitable for GST_FORMAT_TIME which does work.)
