[gst-devel] mixing to different-bitrate audio streams

What is the appropriate way to mix two different audio streams, such
that they play at the right speed, etc.?

For test purposes, I'm trying to mix a 64kbit mono mp3 with a 192kbit
stereo mp3. The stream plays at the speed of the first filesrc added to
the bin.

Should I use queues? Threads?

This is the setup I've tried:

filesrc -> mad -.
                 >-> adder -> osssink
filesrc -> mad -'
