According to mpg321:
File 1:
MPEG 1.0 layer III, 192 kbit/s, 44100 Hz joint-stereo
File 2:
MPEG 1.0 layer III, 64 kbit/s, 44100 Hz mono
When I add file1 to the pipeline first, file2 plays very quickly, and
with increased pitch.
When I add file2 to the pipeline first, file1 plays very slowly, and
with reduced pitch.
