[gst-devel] mmx stuff

harpin brought to our attention the mmx stuff in the core.

It seems the core requires nasm for this mmx stuff in include/mmx.h, which 
is only used by getbits.

Do we have good reason to keep this stuff ? Is it still used, and by what 
? Can't it be replaced by an outside lib ?
