I think CVS commit logs should be used to describe the commit, not for
extra commentary or questions.  Send questions to -devel list.  Or
should answers be in the next commit log?  ;)

And probably should avoid "change this too" that is a follow on comment
from a previous commit.  For multiple files that text only makes sense
in a global cvs log context.  Better to make individual file logs make
some sense too.
