On my 800Mhz Transmeta laptop, it's about one hour for one hour of film.
VCD format is about five times faster.

i'm sure there is more stuff to turn off in mpeg2dec.  At a minibmum,
we don't need to decompress the frames.  This is just a proof of
concept implementation.
