[gst-devel] Buy GStreamer stuff!

I've set up a page at:

with links to both the cafepress store and to Powells Technical, a mega
bookstore downtown that ships worldwide and gives us 10% on each book
ordered through that site <g>

The template.php change is already committed to put it on the lefthand nav
bar, but someone <cough>uraeus</cough> has mangled the website
working-copy permissions so it's no longer entirely g+w....
