[gst-devel] gcc 3.x

Hey,

so some of you gcc 3.x people have been disabling Werror from the cvs 
configure.ac because gcc 3.x complains about including system headers for 
some of the plugins.

Now that I'm one of those people, I fixed up configure.ac to scrub CFLAGS 
from system includes, so all should be fine again.  I might have missed 
one or two plug-ins, so please reactivate Werror and let me know what 
fails.
