Attatched is the latest version of the shout2 plugin and the patches
required to integrate it with the built process.

This has been tested to work with libshout and icecast from xiph.org
CVS. You'll need those.

To test it:

- Install the files:

=09gstshout2.c, gstshout2.h and Makefile.am go in ext/shout2/ (new dir)
=09gst-shout2.m4 goes in m4/

=09configure.ac.patch patches configure.ac
=09Makefile.am.patch patches ext/Makefile.am

- Run "autogen.sh -- --enable-experimental"

- run "make" inside ext/shout2
