[gst-devel] flac plugin and the new flac 1.0.4beta

No, true.  I was stating what I *think* it should do.  There was a version 
that did work with 1.0, and I'm saying that gst-plugins should be able to 
build against that out of the box.

Plus, it should also be able to build out of the box against the latest 
release
