[gst-devel] some changes to autogen

Hi guys,

I commited some changes to autogen.sh to allow it to search for prefered 
autotool versions since this seems to be the trend du jour.

It should be totally transparent to you except in the cases where it will 
now find a usable tool where it might have not in the past ;)

I committed this to gstreamer and gst-plugins; let me know if it breaks 
anything so I can fix it before moving it to other modules as well.
