[gst-devel] release ?

So,

after some distcheck fixing, core and plugins are close to releasable.

For once I already came up with a release name, so that's taken care
of.  I'd like to release before David gets back from his skiing trip. 
So that's before Wednesday :)

The only thing I can think of right now that we need to check is if
libgstplay is ok for release at this point.  Julien, what do you think ?

Are there any other thoughts or objections ? Feel free to comment.
