[gst-devel] problems compiling mad gst-plugin

mad-devel is as always available from our website, in the releases section 
for redhat, see the relnotes.

An additional problem with your setup is going to be that you have 
pkg-config installed somehwere else, so you will need to add 
/usr/lib/pkgconfig to your pkgconfig path as well.
