um... I thought we had decided to not do this?  It doesn't make much
sense to put generated docs in the web site cvs IMHO.  It's quite a huge
bloat on our already unmanagable cvs tarball.  (Who is archiving that on
a regular basis?  It's already too large for me to backup often.)

Better to just put the custom html like index to the docs in cvs and
leave the actual docs as un-versioned files.  Anyone can generate them
again if needed if they get blown away.
