[gst-devel] osssrc ! osssink fails

I'm pretty sure this pipeline used to work, I think because someone made
the two plugins cooperate.  It doesn't work anymore, and I thought I'd
make sure everyone knows so in case there's something obvious, it can be
fixed easily.  Meantime I'll try to decipher the oss plugin source and see
what's supposed to happen.

Some cards will handle two opens, others require a single open in
full-duplex mode.
