[gst-devel] flac to ogg conversion

Wait for some more days/weeks and then use cvs HEAD.
I'm working on the addition of metadata to GStreamer. It kinda works
locally, but I need to finish it first.
When I'm done, metadata will be preserved automatically when transcoding.
