[gst-devel] changing the default debug level

In my app, want to call:

  gst_debug_set_default_threshold (GST_LEVEL_WARNING);

However, I still want to allow the command line to override
this setting.  How can I accomplish this?  _gst_debug_init
is called by gst_init_with_popt_table, thus overwriting
any prior call to gst_debug_set_default_threshold.

Can I change _gst_debug_init such that it only runs once
regardless of how many time it is called?  Any better
suggestions?
