[gst-devel] debug names

Why do the debug names reflect the debug variable name?  I mean,
this is silly.  Instead of

  --gst-debug planning=5

I have to write:

  --gst-debug GST_PLANNING=5

Is there a good reason for this or is it a mistake?  It even
contradicts the documentation in gstinfo.h about choosing
good names for debug categories.
