[gst-devel] tcp plugin

 Hi all , 

  I just commit to cvs needed changes on tcp plugin that allow to compile without errors .

  But i didn't commit the changes on configure.ac ( don't worry here is the diff ) , 
 
  Could i commit it and allow it to be included now ?
