http://www.codecs.org/, or http://sf.net/projects/codecs/. See their CVS
for the code, there's no release yet.

Don't know, never tried it camstream. ;). LCS is definately worth
trying, it has optimizations for quite some cpus and supports a fair lot
of colorspaces and formats.
