gst-rec will need a change in src/list.c, but that's only one function
(the one that builds the initial list, it's all at the bottom). I can do
that myself, but if you want to, please go ahead. :). The mixer uses the
categories, too (Generic/Audio), but I don't think you changed that, did
you? If so, gnome-media needs a one-liner patch, too.
