[gst-devel] new error stuff

Hi,

I just commited my error stuff.  I'll send out a more detailed mail
tomorrow.  A few of the plugins I cannot compile myself due to missing
deps; I doublechecked if the changes were ok, but if it broke, let me
know so I can fix it.

I'll explain the rationale behind the error categories as well.  There
are a bunch of errors that still need to be classified and are now
marked as TOO_LAZY to help us/me remember.  But I wanted to get some
input on how best to classify those.

Anyway, it should still compile properly.  I'll update the libtool
version tomorrow too after doublechecking the padding.
