Summary: fixes for solaris build

Initial Comment:
the code in gst/cothreads.c required MAP_ANONYMOUS or
alternativly MAP_ANON to be defined. These are glibc
extensions. The attached patch fixed the dependency.
Although this ensures compilation, I am not be able to
tell, wheter this harm the functionality...
